These Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all gift certificates issued by MyFootNurse. By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a gift certificate (“Certificate”), both the purchaser and the individual redeeming the Certificate (“Holder”) agree to the following Terms.

• Certificate: A physical, PDF, or text-delivered voucher redeemable only for eligible services provided by MyFootNurse.
• Purchaser: The individual who buys the Certificate.
• Holder: The individual who redeems and uses the Certificate.

• Certificates may be issued in person (physical copy), by email (PDF), or via text message.
• Certificates display the face value, issue date, and any applicable restrictions.
• Certificates may be redeemed only for services offered by MyFootNurse.

• Certificates can be applied toward any eligible service offered by MyFootNurse.
• If a service exceeds the Certificate value, the Holder must pay the difference.
• If a service costs less, the remaining balance remains available for future use.
• Certificates are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• Certificates cannot be used to purchase products or retail items.

• Monetary-value Certificates do not expire.
• Service-specific Certificates (for example, for a particular treatment) may include an expiry date or validity period, which will be clearly stated at issuance.

• No activation fees, maintenance fees, or inactivity fees apply.
• Lost or stolen Certificates may be replaced at MyFootNurse’s discretion and may require proof of purchase and identity verification.

• If there is an issue with the purchase (such as non-delivery, technical error, or an invalid Certificate), the Purchaser may request a refund.
• Refunds are issued only to the original Purchaser.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

• Certificates are intended for personal use by the Holder only.
• Certificates may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without written approval from MyFootNurse.
• Identification may be required during redemption.

All services performed at MyFootNurse are subject to:
• applicable Canadian laws and provincial consumer-protection regulations,
• CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) professional and ethical guidelines,
• clinical assessment and determination of service suitability.

Possession or purchase of a Certificate does not guarantee eligibility for any clinical service. If a service is not clinically appropriate or contraindicated, an alternative may be offered or the remaining balance may remain on the Certificate.

• Purchasers receive a copy of these Terms or a link to them at issuance.
• The Certificate value and any restrictions will be clearly disclosed.

• MyFootNurse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Certificates.
• Maximum liability is limited to the Certificate’s remaining balance.

• MyFootNurse may update these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms apply only to Certificates issued after the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian consumer-protection legislation.
